Acadia Parish woman arrested in connection with insurance fraud, arson investigation

An Estherwood woman has been arrested by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal in connection with a March house fire that investigators determined was intentionally set as part of an insurance fraud scheme. The arrest follows an investigation into the arson and related insurance fraud charges.
