
Louisiana receives 130,000 acres from Exxon Mobil for SpaceX project
SpaceX will build a multi-billion-dollar facility on 130,000 acres in Vermilion Parish that was transferred to the state by Exxon Mobil. The land transfer followed a federal judge's dismissal of a lawsuit against the oil and gas company. The project will be located approximately 45 miles southwest of Lafayette.
